Only God Can & Will

I finally got the revelation of what it means to guard your words and not to take heed to everything people tell you. Some words were spoken to me 6 months ago, and then again 2 weeks ago and I didn't take heed to them and kept thinking that I could do things in my own strength and finally this morning I had to surrender it all to God and follow his path. People will hurt you, people will lie to you, people will walk out of your life, but the one thing I know for sure now is that Jesus never will. If you put your trust in man (Woman) you will fall every time, but with God you will elevate every time.

Lying To The Holy Spirit Is Very Dangerous

1 Thess 5:19-do not put out the spirits fire -

1. By an unbeliever -
A) resisting the holy spirit - Acts 7:51 - Acts 6:10 - Acts 7:51-57 -
B) insulting, or doing despite unto the holy spirit - Heb 10:29 - Luke 18:32 -
 C) blaspheming the holy spirit - Matt 12:31-32 -

2. By a Believer -
A) grieving the spirit - Eph 4:30 - Isa 63:10 - Gal 5:17-19 -
 B) lying to the holy spirit - Josh 7 - 2 king 5:20-27 -
 C) quenching the spirit - 1 Thess 5:19 - Matt 12:20 - Eph 6:16

When we lie to our Pastors and other brothers and sister in Christ this is a sin. Our yes should be yes and our no should be no. However many times we say one thing and do another because we think that people will never find out. But we are clearly told that all darkness must come to the light. The Holy Spirit will reveal everything in due time. So if you value your integrity as a Christian don't lie. because being labeled as a lying Christian is not a good title to have. If we know someone is lying it is not our job to expose it, God will do that. But guard yourself against these kind of people. Because if they will lie to their Pastor they will lie to you. And God Hates a liar. Not saying something when ones asks you something is the same as lying. if you have to hide it or cover it up - You  then know it is wrong and are lying.

Real Christians Please Stand Up

I was sleeping and something just came to me from what i was reading this morning in the fall of man study my pastor is doing---- If you have to lie about a relationship, hide a relationship, or try to cover up a relationship from your friends and family and members of your church home and your Pastors, ETC. then it is wrong. Because Adam and Eve didn't try to hide themselves until after they had 

sinned by eating the forbidden fruit. if you are hiding it, covering it up or lying about it then you are willfully sinning against God. Because we only hide what is wrong and when we try to hide things from our Pastors we are no longer under Gods covering because that is who God placed in authority - under cover by John Bevere another great book. So as true followers of Jesus let not allow the world to call us liars and bear false witness for all that Jesus for us for.

A Humbling Experience

Today while reading my daily reading (1 Corinthians 1) It brought the revelation that God uses the lowly and humbles the proud. So as believers we need to make sure that we are not looking down on those that are less then us financially, educationally, ETC. because they will be the cornerstone in God's kingdom. If we don't want to be publicly humbled and put to shame because of our prideful actions then we need to treat everyone as equal regardless of their social standing, because you may look up and the Lord has blessed that person with your job and you have none.
